Full Body Reformer Pilates

We have 3 Full Body Reformer Pilates classes to choose from: Level 1 (L1), Level 2 (L2) and Level 3 (L3). Designed to be your all-rounder classes, start at Level 1 (beginner-friendly) to learn the fundamental pilates techniques and gradually move your way up through L2 and L3 classes as you gain experience.

When: Everyday

Mums, Bumps & Bubs

This class is designed to support you through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and beyond. Programmed by our in-house physiotherapist, this class focuses on safe and effective movement to strengthen, restore, and energize your body. Whether you're expecting, newly postpartum, or easing back into exercise with your little one by your side, this is for you.

When: Thursdays and Thursdays

Sweat (Cardio)

One of our most popular classes, Saturday Sweat is the perfect combination of HIIT, cardio and reformer Pilates that’ll kick-start your weekend and leave you feeling the right kind of sore. Classes include props, jump boards, fast-paced reps, loud music and a wild post-workout glow. Sweat books out quickly so be sure to plan ahead.

Slow Flow

Looking for a softer class to train your mind as well as your body? Slow Flow is a low-impact, feel-good class that emphasises control, mobility and lengthening. Designed for those who want to hone in on form, work on their breathing, blow off some steam and simply get moving. If you’ve had a bad day and need to reset, this class is for you.

When: Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays
