  • Full Body (Level 1)

    Perfect for beginners

    Our entry level class where we’ll introduce you to the reformer bed, Pilates principles and our fundamental movements. If you’re new to reformer Pilates this is your go-to until you become more confident on the reformer and gain a better understanding of your body. You can expect controlled movements with a focus on form and technique.

  • Full Body (Level 2)

    Intermediate

    Ready to level up? Full Body Level 2 is the perfect step up. Expect similar movements but prepare to be challenged more complex layers, different props, springs, and a combination of strength and stability work. In this class, we expect you to be familiar with the reformer bed and our terminology. If you’re not sure, stick to the fundamentals a bit longer or check in with an instructor.

  • Full Body (Level 3)

    Advanced

    For our most experienced clients, Full Body Level 3 is for those who’ve mastered fundamental movements and have worked through Full Body Level 2. Expect a more intense repertoire and to challenge your strength, control, endurance and coordination like never before. Are you up for the challenge?

  • Loaded Lower

    Legs, legs, legs

    Just like our OG 'Lower & Core' you know and love, but HEAVY. Expect programming that aligns with hypertrophy training, including counted rep ranges, circuits and self-paced sets. Whilst heavy springs and dumbbells are the bread and butter of this class; endurance, stability and ab work will also feature to challenge control under fatigue. Progression to Full Body Level 2 is a prerequisite for attending this class.

  • Mums, Bumps & Bubs

    Pre and post-natal pilates

    Our mums, bumps and bubs class is carefully designed to support you through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and beyond. Programmed by our in-house physiotherapist, this class focuses on safe and effective movement to strengthen, restore, and energize your body. Whether you're expecting, newly postpartum, or easing back into exercise with your little one by your side, this class is for you.

  • Sweat

    Cardio

    One of our most popular classes, Saturday Sweat class is the perfect combination of HIIT, cardio and reformer Pilates that’ll kick-start your weekend. Think jump boards, fast-paced reps, loud music and a wild post-workout glow!

  • Slow Flow

    Feel good

    Had a long week? Slow Flow is our low-impact, feel-good class that emphasises control, mobility and lengthening. Perfect for those who want to hone in on form and breathing, work on the fundamentals, and simply get moving.

  • Sport-specific

    For Athletes
