Class Cancellations

If you can no longer attend a booked class, please cancel via the app as soon as you're aware.

If you cancel outside of 6 hours before class, your credit will be returned immediately. If you cancel within 6 hours of the class start time, you will lose the credit for that class. From June 1, a $10 late cancellation and no-show fee will apply to Unlimited members. Credit-based members are not affected, as credits are already at stake with each booking.

If your cancellation is due to unexpected illness or an emergency, please get in touch with us directly and we'll take care of you.

Class Pack Cancellations

Class packs are non-refundable, but can be transferred to someone else if your circumstances change. If you no longer need your class pack credits, please email info@hellopilates.com.au to begin your transfer process.

Note: You will need the name and contact details of the person you wish to transfer to, so please have these ready.

Membership Cancellations

All memberships have a cooling-off period of 1 week from the time of purchase that will not incur administration or payout fees.

All memberships have a minimum commitment of 10 weeks. All memberships auto-renew, however, can be canceled after the 10-week minimum commitment via written communication with 2 weeks minimum notice.

If you do need to cancel before the 10-week minimum commitment, you will incur a payout that is equal to the remaining balance of the 10-week minimum requirement, and be required to pay a $50 administration fee.
